Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract – just pay from month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without any penalties.
What if I need to add more employees?
Adding employees at any time is easy. We will automatically update your monthly price based on the number of people you pay that month.
Do I need to download any software to run Payescape payroll?
No, you don’t need to download anything to use Payescape. You can access your payroll online at any time from any browser enabled device. This includes computers, tablets and smartphones.
Can you help with Auto Enrolment?
Yes. We have several options ranging from full management of your auto enrolment to providing reports for your pension provider.
How do my Employees get paid?
We’ll pay your employees through BACS or provide you a file for Internet Banking. Your employees will be able to access PDF copies of their pay details, change their address and bank details and even request holidays through our system.
Who pays my taxes to the HMRC?
We do. Payescape becomes your agent for the HMRC which means we handle ALL your tax payments, year-end reporting and answer any questions the HMRC has about your company.
How does your customer service work?
You can call us from 9-5 Monday to Friday or email us anytime. We have a 98% client retention rate, so great customer service is paramount to us. We will aim to answer any questions as soon as possible and within 24 hours. All our staff are certified by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), so you’re in good hands.

Once I’m signed up how long does it take to go live with Payescape?
Implementation is quick and painless. We’ll do all the hard work! We just need your current employee and company information. Client set-up is dependant on your company size. Small organisations can be set-up in a matter of hours whereas larger organisations it could take several weeks.
Does Payescape integrate with other software?
Yes. We have many integrations already set up with Time Management Software, Accounting Software and HR software. Our solution can also accept files in CSV format.
How long does it take to run a payroll?
We have made it very easy to run payroll. Depending on your employee size and complexity it could take less than a minute.
Are updates and maintenance to Payescape included in the price?
Yes. We don’t charge for maintenance or upgrades to our software. So you’ll benefit of the developments we have planned for the future without paying extra.

We have companies ranging from 1 employee up to 5000+ employees and everything in between. Our solution is completely scalable to your needs.
